In today’s episode, I’ll be talking about check-out rituals. For context, one of the things that we work a lot with clients on inside of Alliance Coaching is time management and systems, and we particularly help people feel lower stress, more intention, and more streamlined in their work and in their life. One of the ways we do that is we help them implement, in a lot of cases, check-in and check-out rituals. In this episode, we’ll cover the difference between check-in and check-out rituals, why I created a check-in ritual for my life after work, and how giving myself one-to-two self-care tasks to do after work has been extremely helpful.
