Whether it's sending your kids off to college with some sandwich-making survival skills or spending hours on end bonding over complex baking projects, Keeley and I want to encourage those of you with kiddos that learning to cook is a hugely satisfying life skill for them!  Today, she shares her family's method for incorporating cooking into their homeschool curriculum and we also get into practical tips for those of you who want to start bringing your kids into the kitchen more often.  Oh, and a bit unrelated, but equally as exciting...I get to share about my recent experience of training for and accomplishing a major hiking goal!  Let's get into it.
