Coach Adam sits down with Martin Hyatte from Blue Bear Offensive and Defensive Academy.

Blue Bear OL/DL Academy is collegiate level Offensive and Defensive line instruction for ages 10 and up! They teach OL/DL fundamentals and help with collegiate recruiting. They are located in Northern Illinois.

Martin is very passionate about training not only small things to help the athlete dominate on the field but also to help them play safe. The academy has been strength training with our coaches since January 2022.
