When I started to develop my company, I asked myself this question: โ€œ๐˜„๐—ต๐˜† ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—œ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜?โ€ After analyzing this questionโ€ฆI came to a conclusion the only way I deserve a client is by helping them achieve a certain result. This could be speaking with confidence, master public speaking, overcome stuttering, or making more money with their business/job. Because if Iโ€™m not able to ensure results then Iโ€™m not a good fit for them. On the other hand, if Iโ€™m able to make my client hit their targets then it makes total sense. Which is why I donโ€™t charge hourly. Because too many professionals, coaches, trainers, therapists etcโ€ฆ only focus on how many hours a client will pay. Therefore, only focusing on time - rather than a result. Again, the goal of coaching should be on results - not hours. If I canโ€™t help someone achieve a goal then it logically doesnโ€™t make sense to work together.
