We had to ask Jay about his own growth as a speaker. He shares a lesson he learned early in his career while at IBM, that people will forget what you told them, forget what you showed them and even forget you, so get over yourself. Focus instead on connectivity, energy and perhaps the 1 or 2 points that will resonate.
