Many people think that I have fast metabolism and other people think that I spend hours in the gym to lose weight and stay in shape. But that is further from the truth. So here I am going to reveal my secret to always stay in shape and lose those extra pounds.
Let’s start with my fitness diet…
Everyday, as soon as I wake up at 4:30 am, I go to the kitchen and start my oatmeal. I slowly cook it while I am getting ready to start my day. Then, when it is ready I add raisins, a banana and sometimes honey. I eat it as I am driving to my destination. I know in a couple of hours I will be hungry, so I pampered myself with a couple of fruits. Then I come home and eat lunch around 12 pm. Then after I eat another fruit around 4 pm. The last meal I eat is my dinner around 8:30 pm.
I usually eat at home. My wife or I cook food from scratch with a lot of veggies. I make sure most of my meals are at home unless I have an emergency or special occasion. I only drink water and I avoid fast food, processed food and I only drink water.
This is a routine that I have been following for years now and has worked since I started.
