Now a registered fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) UK, Tavis’s humble beginnings began as a job seeker using a recruitment agency to find his perfect role. From there, he decided recruiting people to fill roles and contracts was something he wanted to be a part of, and well - the rest is history! Fast forward to today, and Tavis has extensive experience in white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, enjoying the ups and downs of running your own business, surviving industry cycles and starting all over again (3 times)!! 

Based in Melbourne, Tavis founded TRS Resourcing in 2017, which primarily addresses identifying and attracting only the highest talent for the fabrication and mechanical fitting sectors within Australia. Tavis has worked with skilled, industry-leading associates in his mission to provide results-backed complete recruitment services across the globe.
