Guess who bought some Matcha Green Tea today, after studying the benefits for my Podcasts today and yesterday?
I had heard it was good some years ago, to assist in helping the prevention of bowel cancer - but I had no idea how many other benefits it has as well.
So why not try it? The best results seem to come from having 3 cups a day...but don't drink it too late in the day, as it does have caffeine in it.
