In this episode I talk about new routine I'm on and how for the last six days four of them have gone really well the last two haven't gone as well and I wanted to beat myself up. But my success rate is still really good four out of the six days I did well. But I wanted to focus on the negative instead of the positive. So I go into that a little bit and talk about how that can translate into everything we do.
