Many people think the way to achieve great weight loss progress is through PERFECTION but they are wrong.

In this episode, I share with you why perfectionism is not only impossible but also likely to be ruining your progress and I share a method to ensure consistency with your behaviours without restriction!

Instead of focusing on trying to achieve perfection with your diet and exercise instead focus on consistency.  Look at the big picture in terms of your whole week. Include the things you enjoy alongside the great nutritious choices and you will set yourself up for long-term success!
