This week I am joined by Curtis Weeks who is a Mental Performance Coach over in NZ. Curtis served in the ROYAL New Zealand Navy for 13 years. Curtis shares his story of being bullied from a young age and his battles with Mental Health, even opening up about having close mates take there own life and Curtis even being there when it happened one time. This Podcast is raw and authentic and just a warning it has alot of swearing.
