Today my podcast is about spiritual leadership.  I talk about areas that I've struggled with, learned from, been humbled in and repented.  If we want our ministries to be fruitful, we need to recognize when it's time to repent.  Sometimes our own lack of repentance is what is not allowing God's promises be fulfilled!

Listen in and share.  Let's repent, heal and be fruitful in our leadership.  Let's sow into and produce other leaders that will bless and not hurt.
