Welcome to the "Strong Girl, I See You" series!

The next five episodes will be an honest conversation about women who keep showing up, holding it together, no matter what! They show up at home, at church, at jobs....pushing through pain, carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone.

But that's the problem, we carry it alone because we often go unseen! There is a constant expectation from others, even ourselves, that we're supposed to carry it all.

But true strength isn't found in pretending we're okay. True strength comes from the Lord...in so many ways.

Ever felt like your service was driven by guilt, comparison, or hidden motives?
I’ve been there—serving out of obligation or trying to prove something instead of out of love.

Real serving starts with examining our motives—are we driven by pride, need for recognition, or genuine love for others?
Jesus didn’t come to be served but to serve. That’s the heart we’re called to mirror.

When we serve from a pure heart, even our flaws become part of the process—God uses our brokenness to shape us.

Remember, true service is a reflection of Christ’s love, not our performance.

What’s one way you can check your motives and serve with more love this week?

Anxiety seems to be plaguing so many people. It's affecting their lives, the lives of people they love, their jobs, etc. Mental health issues are no longer stigmatized, but are we too comfortable making it our identity?

Isn't it time to get to the core of our anxiety issue so we can live thriving lives, abundant lives instead of just surviving?

It's time to let go! It's time to not be distracted by it anymore!
