If you’ve been dug into cycling for a bit you’d be hard pressed to not be familiar with Rachel Olzer or Ayesha McGowan. These are two rockstars within the community and I want to emphasize community because that is what both of these very talented women focus on. Rachel is a Ph.D candidate based out of Minneapolis and Ayesha is a professional cyclist based out of Decatur, GA.
