This week had a little bit of everything. Jerika started feeling the baby move, which made everything feel even more real. I hit a new bench press PR while still losing weight and have been putting real time into illustrating for a children’s book. We also talk about some unexpected hometown drama involving the creator of Squatty Potty, and we get into the new season of Love Is Blind and our thoughts on the couples so far. Growth in the gym, growth in life, and a little pop culture and chaos mixed in.
