Tom: "I had books for most every job that I've done downstairs so I can pull them out. What did I do right? What did I maybe do wrong? What did I need to improve on? Every book is set up that way so each job I can learn something from it. No job will go 100%."
Tom: "People say, why do you do that? And I said because my life or someone else's life depends on it. So until I retire, that's how I always think. And that's how I train and I still study a lot."
Tom: "Sometimes it's better just to hide in plain sight, to do your job and be recognized by your peers to say, this man is not caught up in the limelight. He has a job to do. And just do the job."
