What a weird time we are living in! Since we are following the “Safer at Home” rules, we’ll be bringing you some solo episodes as well as having some *special* guests (hint: they may or may not be married to us!).


Today we wanted to talk about some of the things we are doing to cope during this time, including:

- lots of self care time
- joining virtual workout classes via Zoom and Instagram Live
- getting plenty of sleep
- connecting with our friends and family

We are also acknowledging that IT’S OKAY to feel uneasy and sad. We are all going through a traumatic and strange time and we need to give ourselves permission to feel that. For more tips on how to take care of your mental health and cope during COVID-19, check out this article from the CDC.
