Stories About Fear

Episode 78: Fragile Moments with JD Murgolo

Listen Later

You're frail. But you're also the strongest. We are such paradigms of power and fragility, of grandeur and weakness, and finding a balance, looking for a way to make things right, is mostly impossible.

What you can do is focus on being your best YOU every day and on prioritizing what you feel. What you need. Be loud in expressing yourself and please make sure to ask for help.

My wonderful guest, JD Murgolo, not only encourages that you share your story, but he leads through example: he is also vulnerable in sharing his challenges.

JD is first and foremost a husband and father of
two. Bringing grace and compassion back to our communities through storytelling.
He is the founder of the mental health ecosystem, Fragile Moments, which seeks to create the tools and community for the mind that advances the conversation towards one of healing.
He is also the charismatic host of the podcast "What's Your Story?" a storytelling podcast that connects people who are struggling with their mental illness, with strangers who share their lived experience.
