For this episode I invited Wendy Corner to come and share what the phrase ‘healing from within’ means to her.  Wendy shares her perspective on the importance of internal healing and the power we hold within ourselves. She discusses how societal conditioning often leads us to seek healing from external sources, such as doctors, but emphasises that true healing comes from within.  Wendy and I also dive into the concept of energy and frequency, explaining how our thoughts and beliefs carry energy, and how this energy can influence our physical and emotional well-being.  This is a deep and thoughtful conversation.
