In this episode, Derek (@CreaseAndAssist) and Theresa (@MNSOTA24) discuss the re-signing of Kirill Kaprizov to a $136M, 8-year contract by the Minnesota Wild and it's long term ramifications. Added to contract talk, was the contract extension for goaltender Filip Gustavsson. They were contracts critical to the future of this team, whether they're successful or not, well that's another question. We also discussed who needs to step up and fill in for the injured Mats Zuccarello. With the end of the NHL pre-season, it then gave us some time to talk about the club's likely roster for the 2025-26 season and the team's 25th anniversary jersey.
