In this episode, we cover Step 3-  to surround ourselves with positive people (and/or input).  

We are elevated when we surround ourselves with people who are energizing and positive. We all know these people--- the ones who shine a light wherever they go, encourage others, and expect more of themselves too.  These people have a "magnetic" energy that boosts our outlook and overall well-being, so it makes sense to foster these relationships.
