In this episode, part 3, we're talking about improving heart health through OPTIMISM! Being optimistic isn't just "fluff". Rather, optimism impacts our physiology in significant ways such reducing cortisol, reducing inflammation, and improving our cardiovascular system's response to stress!
We'll discuss findings from studies that illustrate the MAJOR benefit to our heart and cardiovascular system, even AFTER controlling for other factors such as diet, exercise, and smoking....this is exciting!
