In this episode, Bruce discusses the science behind your amygdala kicking your adrenaline into fight, flight, and/or freeze which causes your body to act certain ways that can seriously limit your attention. This being said, it is important to learn how to recognize our triggers and then learn to exercise emotional intelligence, a skill that is developed over lots and lots of practice. Enjoy!
