We all have experiences, but the question is how do we use them to learn, improve, and grow. Right now people all over the world, even yourself, are having new experiences but it is how we reflect on them that will make a difference. The thing is though that we need someone there to help us make sure we are not focusing on the trees while missing the forest, and vice versa. In this episode, Bruce talks through Kolb's (1980) Experiential Learning Cycle and how to use that to improve ourselves and those around us into masters over lots of intentional practice.
Quote of the day:
If you can look into the seeds of time and say, which grains will grow, and which will not, speak then to me. - Shakespeare, 'Macbeth'
