Jesse Quidachay is a homebuilder and developer based in my old stomping grounds of Tacoma, Washington. Jesse and I got connected through Ryan Pineda's Future Flipper mastermind group, and I had a great time talking with him about how he is providing affordable housing to the working class community in that area.
