Today on the show I talk to rock climber and Rush fan, Karina Maloney. I met Karina through my other show, The Permanent Waves Podcast. We met and bonded over our shared love of the band Rush, but as soon as I discovered her rock climbing hobby I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I’d never met a real life rock climber before. How does someone decide to start climbing mountains? Practically speaking, how does someone even climb a rock?
