Hello and welcome to the Rey Loves women Podcast!
Today on the show I have the pleasure of speaking to one of the absolute best in the business (and don’t you dare accuse me of hyperbole here).
Primo the Alien is not only a top tier vocalist, and not only a memorable performer. Primo is a product of the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU, who writes and produces her music on her own: start to finish. I’ve met a lot of talented musicians over the years, but I’ve never sat down to talk with someone who can write, produce, and perform at this level and I learned a lot from this one.
How to support Primo:
Check out the website: primothealien.com
Buy stuff on Bandcamp: primothealien.bandcamp.com
(I recommend Possession and Make Love as great starting points.)
Follow Primo on Spotify
Follow Primo on Instagram: @PrimoAlien
Follow on Twitter and Facebook: @PrimotheAlien

Today on the show I talk to one of my very favorite indie artists, pop champion of Austin, Texas: Dossey.

Follow Dossey on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

How to support Chavela:
You can purchase music via iTunes
You can stream music on Spotify
You can follow Chavela on Instagram and Facebook.
Hello, The Internet!
I've been working tirelessly on season three of the podcast and I can't wait for you to hear it. Subscribe now to be among the first to hear the most ambitious season of Rey Loves Women yet.
The Women's March 2020 took place last weekend. I made the drive to Austin to participate in the Texas march and to talk with women about what the event meant to them.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to speak with me.
This is the last episode of season two. Thanks for coming along on this journey and stay tuned for news on season three.

Hello and welcome to the Rey Loves Women podcast.
Only RLW superfans have heard my first conversation with today's guest. Perhaps one day you scrolled down the podcast feed and noticed the numbering was off. On today's episode we finally explain the mystery of the lost episode.
That is all of secondary importance to the main subject of this episode. Shiloh Korom is a small business owner, a newlywed, and perhaps most importantly, a master planner. She joins me today to discuss the ups and downs of starting a small business and the way she survived what became a trying year for her company.

Hello and welcome to the Rey Loves Women Podcast.
In a lot of ways this episode has been a long time coming. Today on the show I talk to marketing professional and my dear friend, Sandra. Sandra has put together a notable and unique career in her field. Sandra has been a friend of mine for a long time. She has always been a source of confidence and clarity for me when I was in bad positions and when I would get in my own way. I don’t know who I would be as a moral agent or as a creative if she hadn’t been around during those times.
While we have been friends for years, I've never spoken to Sandra about her experiences as a professional. That changes today.

Hello and welcome to the Rey Loves Women podcast.
Today I talk to my good friend Angela about a new love in her life. You might not expect this from a conversation about K-pop, but this discussion covers a myriad of important issues. It's easy to forget how powerful pop music is, but pop music has been in the mix during many a social revolution. Maybe we need a bit of a revolution these days. And, just maybe, the soundtrack to that movement is written in Korean.

Hello and welcome to season two of Rey Loves Women.
Today on the show I talk to rock climber and Rush fan, Karina Maloney. I met Karina through my other show, The Permanent Waves Podcast. We met and bonded over our shared love of the band Rush, but as soon as I discovered her rock climbing hobby I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I’d never met a real life rock climber before. How does someone decide to start climbing mountains? Practically speaking, how does someone even climb a rock?
When you are the mastermind behind a podcast network, you no longer have the luxury of friends. You only have potential content. So I asked Karina to come on the show and fill me in on the story behind this interesting aspect of her life.
