Often times we are taught from a young age not to cry, not to feel our feelings. Then we grow up and are labeled “dramatic” if we are emotional or “cold-hearted” if we don’t show emotion.
What if we allow life to just have the occasional speed bumps, but when hard things happen like loss of a loved one, sudden loss of a job, affairs, accidents, we allow ourselves to feel the sadness, anger, grief at a Level 10. What if we go all in on the emotions. Feel all the feelings, then move on.
Unresolved emotions can lead to pain, disease and illness, lashing out at others, etc. What if we free ourselves from the suffering and the spiritual bypassing?
Go all in, Level 10 those emotions!
