Plugger is back with an AFL interviewee for the podcast, with "Langy Local" Zac Foot joining the show. Bursting onto the scene a few year ago with the Dandenong Stingrays, Zac was drafted to the Swans and managed to play 2 games during the 2020 AFL season. Now in some good form with the Casey Demons in the VFL, he is still a young and exciting player with the dream still alive.
