Plugger sits down with Frankston Dolphins VFL captain Josh Newman to talk about his journey to become the great man and footballer he is today. The brother of Carlton's Nic Newman and a super talent in his own right. Newman has pathway with plenty of challenges, and it is a great story that still has plenty of pages left to go.

Plugger is back with an AFL interviewee for the podcast, with "Langy Local" Zac Foot joining the show. Bursting onto the scene a few year ago with the Dandenong Stingrays, Zac was drafted to the Swans and managed to play 2 games during the 2020 AFL season. Now in some good form with the Casey Demons in the VFL, he is still a young and exciting player with the dream still alive.

Growing up in the area of Langwarrin, Kieran Collins burst in height and into recruiters minds in the late teenage years. With the presence of a "man child" he sequentially got given the nickname "Dad" - which followed him right through to his years with the Western Bulldogs in the AFL. Pick 26 in the 2015 National Draft, Collins spent a couple of years on the Doggies list including a debut in the Bulldogs premiership year of 2016. Drafted to to Brisbane Lions in 2004, Luke Forsyth couldn't seem to catch a break in his two years at AFL level.
