This is a recording that I did on the fly, after my quiet time this morning.

Scriptures used are Proverbs 3:1-3, Colossians 3:3-9 and the commandment of Christ- love the Lord your God, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself.  2 negatives can not make a positive. Negative thoughts cannot be controlled or removed by another negative thought. We gotta spin it around, look at the critic and choose love anyway.

if we are to love our neighbors, we must first love ourselves and know we are loved.
