Alright Redwood PowerHoes!  We have some very important announcements, for starters Makani Aiu is officially named co-host of Redwood PowerShow and this is his first episode with the new title.  Second, Hope is gracious enough to return as our guest with some important announcements if her own.  You will have to stay tuned in order to find out.  The show is filled with some good laughs as I can honestly say that these are two of the most reliable people in my life and irony lies in the fact that they have a bitter rivalry.  Other notable aspects of the episode are Makani and I express our take on the Kern US Open and the fact that a 900 lb squat is becoming less and less of a phenomenon, along with Hope discussing the progress she has been making with her circuit training.  Kick back relax and enjoy Redwood PowerShow.
