In this episode I cover what dynamic stretching is and how to use it before a workout. Why you want to do this type of training before a workout and why you shouldn't do static stretching before a workout. I also suggest why it might be appropriate to statically stretch before a workout but for most of you it wont apply. 

Then I go into static stretching and how to use it combined with foam rolling. What effect it has on the muscles and a small routine to use!
