Fast forward to our problems in Minnesota, particularly Minneapolis, and it’s self designation as a “Sanctuary City…” 
That is also unconstitutional on its face, as my legal friends would say. No governor, mayor, or other authority may grant access to the United States; that’s a federal issue.
If the local authorities (meaning police) are not assisting other federal authorities in doing their duty, that state could be considered to be in Rebellion against the United States of America.
The last time we went through this many brave men, on both sides, paid with their lives. Let’s hope that cooler heads will prevail, and that Governor what’s his name will finally come to his senses.
