It happens to all of us and sometimes the answer is to straight up SIMPLIFY. Differentiate between your need to do vs want to do and find some down time to rejuvenate your inner self. Allow yourself to journey through the emotions that make you feel stuck. Float neutrally in this space without shame or pressure to alleviate it right this instant. Along the way, search for your function of “stuck.” It could be fear, anxiety, the unknown, lack of community, not enough time, comparison, etc. Start small, then build that inner strength tall one baby step at a time.
