Filmmaker Evan Kidd speaks with Jacob Boehm executive chef & owner of Snap Pea Creative Dining in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. A graduate of Stanford in Music & Theatrical Lighting Design, Jacob combines a theatrical experience with the joys of a quality meal. Jacob has hosted pop up dinners in the Morehead Planetarium, PlayMakers Repertory Company in Chapel Hill, on the banks of the Haw River, the rooftop at Citrix in downtown Raleigh and inside the Raleigh Denim workshop.
