Welcome to the first episode of Summoning Strength!
As we note, we're going through a rebrand. In this episode, we talk a bit on the idea behind training 'mesocycles' - or 'blocks' as I often refer to them - and how they're utilized in our programming to create a year-round training methodology centered on total athleticism.
We also discuss training motivation, how that has shifted for the two of us from being teenagers to being parents in their thirties, and what keeps us going at this point.
