For this episode, we have the incredible honor of welcoming Jay's wife Caitlin and Brent's wife Sarah to the podcast. The transition was not a journey we took alone and we both have a debt of gratitude to the role they played in our transition.

We are eternally grateful, but one of the main reasons we wanted to have our wives on the show is because of the unique perspective they bring. The more we talked to them during and after the transition, the more we realized the value they'd bring to ANY military officer considering the transition to business and corporate America.

So, single, married, doesn't matter. This is a great episode as our wives take the filter off and share the good, bad, and the ugly of the transition.
