Ryan and Dr. Bartner return to the dawn of the Pete Carroll era and hear, in his own words, about how his relationship with the band got off to a rocky start. They then talk about the Trojans' two Heisman quarterbacks and how they defied the award's "curse" in their respective Orange Bowls. The guys then get into the Jock Rally tradition, where the Trojan Marching Band plays for the team on the Friday before each home game. Also, Dr. Bartner reveals his favorite classical composer and reminisces about his own (very short) football career.
