It's the return of the 'JJM', (JuJube Master for the layperson), and on this episode we're tasting the 'JuJube Stout'. The 'All-American' homebrew competition has just finished, and this particular beer did okay. The scores were varied. The beer wasn't an award winner, but it certainly wasn't a bottom of the barrel type of entry. We talk about the recipe, the brewing process, the use of 'JuJube Extract' throughout the brewing process, and what I can do next time to improve the beer. We compare this beer to a commercial equivalent in 'Segment 2', and finalise the show in 'Segment 3' with some 'Beer Cocktails'.
