I went outside to grab some items I carried no electrical devices on my personal.
No phones nothing.
Within SECONDS of me entering my apartment the creepy, psycho guy comes out of his apartment and starts talking crap in the hallway.
HOW did he know WHEN I came back into my apartment??
What this woman is doing is fucking dangerous!
