Choices are a part of life. Some good, some not so good.  But all of them are a part of you.  There is not one choice that we have made that can't have beauty on the other side.  

My guest, Jasmine Perkins Pate, talks with me about how she is impacting today's youth and the choices they make. Jasmine honors her mother by sharing the choice her mother made to carry to term and parent Jasmine even though her mother was diagnosed with HIV. 

This episode shows how choices affect us, but they don't define us. Our unhealthy choices don't dictate how life will be.  WE decide how life will be by living beyond our choices.
