Today is another Beauty Conversation on our 100th Episode of Beauty Beyond the Ashes! 

I am truly honored to have this episode as the 100th Episode. This episode closes out Abortion Recovery Awareness Month here on the podcast and I was able to sit with my good friend of over 40 years, Ms. Kimberly Singleton! 

Kimberly has come OUT OF HIDING from shame of her abortion history and is sharing her testimony of God's healing grace! Her desire is that other women, especially the Pearls in the Pews, will silence the voice of the enemy and set into their full potential. God is waiting with open arms to heal their hearts, just as He was for Kim, for me, and for so many others.

Beauty Beyond the Ashes podcast is excited about this month. It is April...and in support of Abortion Recover Awareness Month, we had an amazing beauty conversation with the phenomenal Amber Martinez.

Amber has stepped from the shadows of shame and condemnation to walk in God's grace and mercy. She is walking in freedom, healing, and restoration. 

She is sharing her story of redemption after participating in the Daughter's Hope Abortion Recovery Program.

This episode of Beauty Beyond the Ashes Podcast is in support of April and Abortion Recovery Awareness Month!!

Most people are not aware that some require recovery from their choice of abortion. The pain, the shame, the stigma, the regret...they carry all of that...sometimes for decades!!

If more people become aware of Abortion Recovery Programs such as Daughter's Hope Abortion Recovery Program, I believe more women, especially Christian women, would find God's forgiveness and live a life of healing instead of one of shame.

Beauty Beyond the Ashes Podcast with Tonya B. Jones is here to help women experience healing, restoration, freedom, healing and wholeness. And to step into that, we must be keenly aware of who we are. Our identity matters!

But even in that, we must even more so know WHOSE we are!!!

Dismantling the lies of the enemy takes work on our part. But it's all laid out in God's Word. HE tells us who HE is as well as who WE are. 

The Word is rich with knowledge of our identity. It is up to us to believe what God says.

Oftentimes, the healing journey is an arduous one. We might find ourselves with more questions than answers. We might feel emotions and have thoughts that we hadn't expected. We might wonder if we want to even remain on this healing journey.

Well...BE ENCOURAGED!!! God knows exactly where you are and He is right there with you.

Welcome back to all of you!!! Beauty Beyond the Ashes Podcast has started its 7th Season and we are excited to come back at this beautiful time of the year!

It's February and it's the month we celebrate Love! But what is it that we are truly celebrating? Do we have a true understanding of Love? In this episode, I jump back in full speed after my sabbatical and share what the focus of this month should be.

1 Peter 4:8 says, "Love covers a multitude of sin."  Love is grace in action! And true Love is God! It's through this true Love that Christian women and men are able to find healing from the wound of abortion.

It is this love that should be celebrated and shared this month...and every day of every month.

The last episode of Beauty Beyond the Ashes Episode was one that stuck with me so immensely, that I had to do a Part 2 to dissect and digest it with my friend and fellow "Life Matters" advocate, Becky Girola. 

The previous episode was the first in a series entitled, "The Voice of a Father," where I am having Beauty Conversations with men who have been abortion-affected. 

Nyles Pinckney gave extraordinary details of his abortion experience and what happened before and after. Many are not aware that there is a "crisis mode" before the abortion and an "aftermath" after the aboriton. Nyles did an amazing job detailing the full spectrum.

So much so, I had to have a conversation with Becky, Director of ABC Pregnancy Resource Center, to breakdown the missing components that could very well have helped Nyles and his partner make ABC (A Better Choice) during their crisis pregnancy.

These conversations are much needed to help explore the FACTS surrounding an abortion choice. It's not as cut and dry as many people feel it is and/or should be. Life just doesn't work that way.

Becky does an excellent job of helping open the minds and hearts of the Pro-Life community and explain what needs to be done to "LOVE THEM BOTH!"

Prior to walking into my healing journey from the wounds of abortion, I never thought about how a father might feel after an abortion experience. If I'm honest, I was too broken to deal with anyone else's feelings.

I thank God for the road of healing and the understanding that abortion affects far more than the woman who endures one. I have come to understand that the father is affected far more than I ever thought possible.

I have come to understand...The Voice of a Father!

Now, during this season, I'm bringing that voice to Beauty Beyond the Ashes. And I could not have chosen a better first guess to have this Beauty Conversation with than Mr. Nyles Pinckney.
