Tracy Scott joins me for this conversation from her home Glade Park, Colorado.

Tracy and her husband Blaine Scott founded Steadfast Steeds Mustang Sanctuary, a 501c3 non-profit organization in Glade Park, Colorado. Steadfast Steeds provides a home for wild horses who were removed from the range for various reasons. Some of the horses have adapted beautifully to domestic life with humans. Others who have not adapted to domestic life live with Blaine and Tracy on their acreage as wildly as they can inside property lines.

Through Steadfast Steeds, Tracy offers Liberty Life Coaching sessions with the horses in person and remotely. She shares in our conversation about the differences between working with wild horses and domestic breeds of horses.

Tracy is also very involved in the management of the wild horses in Western Colorado. Along with many other passionate and dedicated people, Tracy works to maintain the range land that not only the wild horses call home, but other wild species and rotating grazers like cattle and sheep as well.
