In today's episode, I had a discussion with Rob (EP1 Change) about a variety of topics. We started with work from home and discussed where we both have shortfalls. As an extrovert, he has a vastly different experience with WFH than I, an introvert, do. We discussed some mechanisms by which we both get through the workday, where we speculate the world to be going. We wrap the podcast up with a  bit of a discussion on motivation, what drives us individually and what we can do to continue to motivate ourselves in an environment where you're required to do so.
