I am celebrating that I have been chattin gto you for 80 episodes!!! Not bad for an introvert who started just by chatting into her phone in the garden with absolutely no knowledge on how to host a Podcast!
AND I am celebrating you, here we are in week 4, we made it, January is nearly finished you are 4 weeks healthier due to all your hard work.

This Podcast is about Wellness! I am a Plantbased Accountability Coach and so I spend my days researching , learning and sharing all things Wellness. It’s really important to me that there should not be any barriers to your Wellness, which is why I started this Podcast. Each episode I chat through, discuss a different layer of Wellness. Some episodes are full of helpful hints and tips, some are with guests so you can get a broader view of Wellness. My coaching system is built around Accountability and it works!
