Recently, my step-daughter asked me about starting a meditation practice. It got me thinking about where I started, how my practice has evolved over the years.
Because we are talking about creativity this month, I had originally planned to create a meditation for listeners addressed to creativity. But then I realized that I had so much to offer to those that find it difficult to meditate. So instead, I decided to create a podcast dedicated to beginning or helping you expand your practice.
