Episode 80: More or Less That Is The Question


In this episode, Robyn and Ben answer a question from the recent AMA board.  The question was, "What should cross fitters do more of and what should they do less of?". To help solve the problem, They detail the following:

  • Do More that makes you feel good in the gym
  • Do less of being mad, nervous, or scared in the gym
  • How better range of motion makes you feel better
  • Have more awareness of your movement in the gym
  • More focus on nutrition to support your goals in the gym
  • Be able to adapt, not just optimize
  • What do you do to take care of yourself and how can you do more of that?
  • Be more comfortable with being uncomfortable
  • You'll be Fine and be glad Robyn does not have a spray bottle
