So far, we've covered the first 3 steps in "Reinforcing MINDSET... While We Finish Strong in 2025" which are as follows:

Step 1- Begin each day with a positive mantra or statement

Step 2- Focus on SOLUTIONS, rather than problems

Step 3- Surround yourself with positive people 

And today, in this episode, we're wrapping it all up with Step 4:  "Avoid complaining about things being 'hard'."  

This is important because words matter, and when you repeatedly complain about things (situations, relationships, challenges, etc.) being "hard", your brain will look for evidence that proves this statement which means that you will continue to encounter "hard" situations.  

However, the opposite is also true.  If you, instead, repeatedly say "I'm figuring this out" (in response to hard situations), your brain will look for evidence to prove THIS statement.  In the process, you're creating new neural pathways that reinforce perseverance, rather than the opposite.  

This wraps up the 4 part series on "Reinforcing MINDSET...While We Finish Strong in 2025".   I hope this "mindset refresher" has been helpful because strengthening our mindset is a great investment and a little intentional effort goes a long way to creating the lives we want.
