In 1994 and 1995 post-apartheid South Africa a monster was on the loose. He enticed women that were living on the streets or had low paying jobs with the promise of higher wages to work at his various fictitious organizations that centered around preventing abuse against women and children. By the time police caught up with him he had murdered between 38-76 women in 18 months, leaving their bodies around the towns of Atteridgeville, Boksburg, and Cleveland (suburb of Johannesburg), and the media dubbed him the ABC Killer.
